In view of the changes in the law on secured transactions, the outline for 2019 is materially different:

Principal textbook for the course is still Credit Transactions: Notes and Cases, Volumes 1 and 2, but including the Supplement on The Personal Property Security Act (availability to be announced). Note that some cases in the outline are not excerpted in the textbook.
