Conduct of Recitation/ Case Digests

Recitation shall be conducted primarily on a non-voluntary basis, and shall include questions on relevant provisions of the law, matters and cases discussed in the reference textbook, and assigned cases.

Case Digests need not include matters relating to procedure unless otherwise indicated, but shall include substantive arguments raised by each party, aside from the facts and substantive rulings of the Supreme Court.
